You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Hanyuan Info and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of our services or violation of these Terms of Service.
Either party may terminate a service agreement in accordance with the terms specified in that agreement. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services immediately if you breach these Terms of Service.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in Shanghai, China.
